Task Settings
You can override the tenant level settings at a task level for each specific task.
At the last step of creating or editing your task, instead of clicking Submit to save your task with pre-set (tenant or agent level) settings, you can click Next to the task level settings page to override the tenant or agent level settings of this task.
On this page, you will find the task settings that will be the same as the tenant or agent level settings. You can change each field to override it.
After you have changed any settings, click Submit to save these settings for this task.
This task will use these task settings instead of the overall tenant settings or agent settings.
