Editing a task uses the same form and screens as the creation of the task.
To edit a task, click the edit button on either the job sequence page in the action buttons, the task title or the tasks page.
If the agent is offline, you will not be able to edit the task. You will be provided the option to change the agent of the task. If you choose to do so, choose an available agent from the dropdown and submit to change the agent of this task.
