Project Not Found Error Message
What Happened?
Issue:
Unable to access a project with an error message that the project was not found or did not exist.
Impact:
The user will not be able to access the project.
Error:
Root Cause:
The user was logged into Loome Integrate with multiple accounts using the same browser across multiple tabs.
How can you fix it?
Resolution
This functionality is not supported. The user must log out from the current tenant and then log in to the correct tenant to access the job.
