You can now view what assets, tickets, and discussions a term or term set is associated with by clicking the ‘View Associations’ button from the term or term set.
When trying to delete a term or term set, you will also be presented with this screen if there are any associations found. Once remedied, you can remove the term or term set.
You may now delete tickets from the help desk. You may want to do this when switching over from internal to and external help desk to remove associated tickets from terms.
