Getting Started with Loome
To get started, you can sign up for Loome at https://loomesoftware.com/start-loome-trial.html.
The new organization will use the email you used to sign up. To change this, you can sign out at the bottom of the page and sign in with your preferred email address.
Provide your details and click on Start My Trial.
This will then direct you to Loome to create your organization.
- Provide the name of your organization. Then provide the street, city, state/province, country, and zip/postcode of your organization.
- Click on Create Organization.
This will start registering your organization and will create tenants for Loome.
This may take a few moments, please do not close or refresh the page.
After this has completed loading, your organization will have been created.
You can click on Go to the Loome Portal to start a guided tour and learn how you can use Loome to empower your team and discover its full capabilities.
- The Loome Portal will display curated samples, such as dashboards, assets in the catalogue, and activities. You can view these samples for an example of features in the Loome Portal, such as activities displayed as metrics in a dashboard.
If you want to tour the Loome Portal later, choose I’ll explore later. This will keep you on the page, and you can view the configuration of your organization.
- To view the Loome Portal later, when you are ready you can go to the Tenants page from the left-hand menu and click on your Loome Portal tenant. All tenants in this organization can be viewed on the Tenants page. This includes the Loome Portal, Loome Monitor, Loome Assist and Loome Integrate tenants that were automatically created when you registered your organization.
Manage your Organization
- Organization: To view your organization details, you can click on Organization in the left-hand menu.
- Roles: To manage your organization users, click on Roles in the left-hand menu. You can add and modify users and their roles in managing the organization.
- Tenants: You can click on Tenants in the left-hand menu to manage the tenants in your organization. You can manage users and application roles in each tenant, view your subscription and expiry dates, and manage tenant details.
- Features: To manage the features you can enable in your organization, such as users and groups, you can click on Features in the left-hand menu.
