If you are experiencing an issue with Loome, we have a number of support channels available to you.
You can access our support portal on Yammer. Our Yammer network contains module specific forums where you can raise anything from a support request to a query about how best to do something within Loome. We recommend you sign up for the forum ahead of the need to raise an issue as your membership request will first need to be approved before you can view and post in the forum.
We are also contactable via Email via email@example.com if the support portal is not available to you.
And of course, here on our docs site we endevour to provide as much information as we can to enable you to use our products.
All our channels provide a response time within one business day of lodging an issue.
