Remote Access
As an administrator, you can create and manage API Keys to access your Loome Portal tenant.
You can add a new API Key at the top-right of the page.
Add a New API Key
Provide a Description so you can identify the API Key.
Choose the date the API Key will expire in the Expiry Date Field. You can use the calendar button on the right to choose a date from the calendar.
The Client Id and Client Secret will be provided in the next two fields. You can copy them using the Copy button on the right.
You can then setup any networking firewall rules.
Click on the Networking tab at the top of the page. Firewall rules allow specific IP addresses to your API key.
At the top-right, you can choose to add your client IPv4 address or a firewall rule.
Any added rules will be displayed in the table below.
When you click on Add Firewall Rule, provide a rule name, Start IPv4 Address, and End IPv4 Address.
Manage API Keys
Any existing API Keys will be displayed in the Remote Access page table.
You can view the key and expiry date.
Click on Edit on the right of an API Key to edit it.
Click on Delete on the right of the API Key to delete it.
